Installation 
Since version 1.1 final, WinBar comes as a complete Setup package. Just run the installer and
follow the on-screen instructions. You can specify whether or not to place a shortcut in your
Startup folder (causing WinBar to start when your computer boots), a shortcut in your QuickLaunch
bar (for easy access), and whether or not to install the Microsoft Winsock control, which is
required for WinBar to work. The first time you run it, WinBar will ask whether you want to open
the Help file, configure it, or just start using it.
At this first run, WinBar will create a configuration file WinBar.cfg in it's directory. Deleting
this file will reset WinBar to it's default settings.
Uninstall
WinBar does not change your registry and does not leave any trace of itself in your system.
You can uninstall WinBar via the Uninstall link in the Start Menu, or via Windows' Add
or Remove Programs Control Panel applet.
